How Many Times Must We Write the Semicolon Trend Piece?
Essentially a 6-month history of recent semicolon press. You damn writers, you.
I like the semi-colon; unfortunately it's rarely used correctly.
Given the current trend towards non-sentences in "literature" (I'm looking at you, Palahniuk), I'm surprised that semi-colons even exist on keyboards anymore.
I suppose they're still good for winking smileys. ;)

The semi-colon is your friend. Meet it, greet it, hang out with it, appreciate it, and then defend it against scurrilous attacks.

No one else gives Obama much of a bump whatsoever. She'll add an easy ten points instantly.
